William R. Meyer


William Robinson (Rob) Meyer is a member of the firm and has nearly 25 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in civil lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout Tennessee. During his career, he has defended hundreds of commercial and tort litigation cases to successful conclusion in both jury and non-jury settings. His practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage, professional liability, contract disputes, pharmacy law, construction law, and trucking litigation.


Mr. Meyer is a member of the Nashville Bar Association. Active in the community, he currently serves as secretary for the Pi Kappa Alpha Housing Corporation's Sigma Chapter and has formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Martha O'Bryan Center and United Way's Sennett Society.


Mr. Meyer received his B.A. in English, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 1992. He subsequently received his J.D. from The University of Tennessee College of Law in 1996.


Mr. Meyer is admitted to practice int he state courts of Tennessee as we as in the United States District Courts for the Easter, Middle and Western Districts.


A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Mr. Meyer is married to Liesel and is a father of one son, who keeps him busy coaching youth sports throughout the year.
