Michael Johnson 

Michael H. (Mike) Johnson has been solving litigation problems for over 30 years in Tennessee’s State and Federal courts. He’s been practicing with the same group since 1990. Everyone, including his family members, tends to call him by both names, Mike Johnson. 



Mike Johnson’s practice is dedicated to the litigation of various matters for clients across the state. He handles many types of litigation, but regularly represents clients in the areas of professional liability

litigation, professional board complaints, commercial disputes, personal injury defense, bad faith defense and premises liability. Mike’s clients include national retailers, claims management companies, Professionals and national insurance companies, among others.  

Mike has tried well over 100 cases to conclusion during his career. He also regularly speaks on the topics of ethics, insurance law and personal injury. He has given in-house seminars for retailers and insurances companies and is happy to schedule one for your organization. 

Mike is a graduate of the university of Tennessee and the Cumberland School of law.
